Sree founded Penceat Medical in 2018 and built it from the ground up into a successful UK primary care business. He understands what it really takes to build something complex in the UK: the regulation, the legal structure, the people, and the patient grind of getting the work right so that it compounds over time.

Earlier in his career, Sree traded minor metals in London and New York and worked in UK property. He read Classics at university and holds an MSc in Urban Planning from UCL and an Executive MBA from London Business School.

Dr Richard Pangonis

Richard is particularly interested in businesses that are fundamentally strong but under-professionalised. These companies often do essential work, serve loyal customers and generate dependable cash flow, yet still rely on outdated processes, limited data or founder-led decision-making.

His background spans engineering, data science, finance and consulting, before he became a director and CEO in the industrial plant hire sector. That combination gives him a practical view of how to strengthen good businesses without losing the people, relationships and reputation that already make them valuable.
